These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the YeskGreen Cleaning Services website at yeskgreen.us and the professional cleaning services provided by YeskGreen Cleaning Services ("YeskGreen," "we," "us," or "our") in the Tulsa, Oklahoma metropolitan area. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

YeskGreen provides professional residential, commercial, and short-term rental (Airbnb) cleaning services in Tulsa and the surrounding communities including Broken Arrow, Jenks, Owasso, and Bixby, Oklahoma. Specific services, frequency, and scope are agreed upon prior to each appointment.

We reserve the right to decline service requests at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, extreme levels of clutter, biohazard materials, or properties requiring professional remediation beyond standard cleaning.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided via our website contact form, phone, or email are approximations based on the information you supply. Final pricing may be adjusted upon arrival if the actual condition of the property significantly differs from what was described. We will communicate any pricing differences before commencing work.

Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change. Recurring service rates are locked in for the agreed service cycle and will not increase without advance written notice.

3. Scheduling & Access

You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If access cannot be obtained within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival window, we reserve the right to apply a lockout fee or reschedule the appointment.

Please secure or remove fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items before our team arrives. While we exercise extreme care, YeskGreen's liability for pre-existing fragile items is limited.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 24-Hour Notice Required: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
• Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the quoted service price.
• No-Show / Lockout: If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may be charged.
• YeskGreen Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as early as possible and will not charge any cancellation fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Clean Policy

YeskGreen stands behind the quality of every clean. If you are not satisfied with any area of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed appointment. We will return to address the specific area(s) at no additional charge.

The satisfaction guarantee applies to the specific cleaning tasks included in your service quote. It does not cover areas or tasks not included in the original scope of service, or conditions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., pet accidents, flooding, pre-existing stains).

6. Liability & Property Damage

YeskGreen carries general liability insurance. In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our team's negligence during a cleaning session, please notify us within 24 hours with photos and a description of the damage. We will investigate and respond promptly.

We are not liable for:

• Damage to items not properly secured or pre-disclosed as fragile.
• Pre-existing damage, worn surfaces, or items in poor condition prior to cleaning.
• Color fading or material damage on surfaces not rated for standard cleaning products.
• Loss of personal items not related to our cleaning activities.

Our maximum liability for any single incident shall not exceed the cost of the cleaning service performed on that date.

7. Eco-Friendly Products

YeskGreen exclusively uses biodegradable, plant-based, and non-toxic cleaning products. If you have specific allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences, please inform us before your appointment and we will accommodate reasonable requests to the best of our ability.

8. Website Use

All content on yeskgreen.us — including text, images, logos, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of YeskGreen Cleaning Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. This website is provided for informational purposes only, and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
